Low conversion and fulfillment. Barriers converting patients to fulfill their prescription, patients didn’t understand what the therapy is, what it does, and why it’s valuable for them. Relying on providers to educate and onboard patients.
Goal

Create a modular onboarding experience to be leveraged across disease indications and the entire commercial platform. Drive payer coverage and revenue. Reduce clinic and provider onboarding time to educate on product offerings and benefits.
Elevate the human experience.
Make it personal, transparent, and educational. Create a personalized early access experience to create early investment. Consciously appeal to and represent diverse populations and underrepresented demographics. Showcase short documentary-style videos of patients and providers sharing their stories to encourage and motivate patients to onboard onto reSET-O. Educate the patient on scientific core mechanisms of action, through testimonials and animations. Provided intuitive insurance and payment experiences.

Improved clinician and patient experience. Increased provider scripts & patient activations.
Enhanced the patient and provider relationship through awareness and education. Empowered education, and built trust. Prescribers now have more time to focus on patient care. Prescribers are motivated to prescribe, and ALL demographics of patients are motivated to fulfill prescriptions. Demonstrated to state Medicaid, that we can appeal to different populations in the state representing a range of ethnicities.
Additionally ran 4 cycles of research and prototypes with 5 different disease states that proved the capabilities to modularize this new onboarding across the commercial platform. More detailed case study available.

I held a 3-day patient video summit under one roof with a diverse set of patients from all over the nation to share stories with millions of people struggling with addiction to increase fulfillment access, education, and conversion to the PDT.
